




Description: Minimum Education: Completed High School; Desired Education: Completed Higher Education in related fields; Experience: In all supermarket routines, team leadership and administrative tasks; Knowledge: Basic computer skills, Regulatory Standards, Labor Legislation, ANVISA, Customer Service, Consumer Protection Code. * Manage the business unit and plan daily, weekly, and monthly actions together with the trainee manager, ensuring product supply, proper functioning of departments, cleanliness, organization, service quality and customer service; * Develop and promote a culture of excellence in customer service, seeking to resolve complaints as well as order requests; * Control and maintain the standard of layout, organization and cleanliness of the store, as well as employee performance and appearance, preserving the company's image; * Monitor handling, organization and cleaning of all departments and cold chambers to ensure compliance with health inspection requirements; * Work operationally with Assistant Managers and their teams to ensure proper restocking and handling, avoiding losses and waste; * Verify product displays and restocking to ensure alignment with established layout standards regarding height, visibility, variety, quantity, cleanliness, pricing, organization, promotions and campaigns; * Check and monitor equipment operation, keeping them in good working condition and appearance; * Supervise the execution of periodic inventory counts, ensuring accuracy of collected data; * Pay attention to product quality during goods receipt processes and expiration dates. Monitor sold product quality through: correct shelf storage; proper handling using required equipment; daily monitoring of expiration dates for displayed products; use of appropriate packaging according to each product and sold quantities; * Review sections using checklist forms to ensure they meet each department's needs without affecting sales flow; * Ensure all products are adequately stocked on shelves and counters, maintaining sufficient stock levels and correct pricing; * Monitor the development of all subordinates, especially newly hired employees, informing the HR department about individual team member performance and other responsibilities. 251106020227267640
