




Through this announcement, we are seeking a Coordinator for the Administrative Team at the 1st Real Estate Registry Office of the 1st District of Goiânia. **Key responsibilities:** * Provide support to Managers, Coordinators, and Supervisors on the team. * Strategic involvement with emphasis on human capital. * Assist in revising job descriptions and compensation structures. * Manage and provide guidance on conflict management. * Ensure optimal performance of administrative processes (e.g., RS, DP, etc.). **Desired qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Experience in People Management. * Knowledge of Performance Evaluation tools. * Experience in Conflict Management. * Basic understanding of the Personnel Department and Benefits Management subsystems. * Measurement and tabulation of indicators.
