Professional with a degree in Engineering and solid experience in project management and industrial reliability, responsible for integrating maintenance and project areas. Must ensure asset reliability, operational efficiency, and the execution of expansion and improvement projects, in compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards. **Main responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. * Lead the development and execution of engineering projects (expansions, modernizations, and new installations). * Ensure the availability and reliability of industrial equipment and systems. * Manage budgets and human and material resources, ensuring achievement of cost and performance targets. * Comply with and promote safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal clients, maintaining clear and aligned communication. * Monitor performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs, schedule adherence, etc.) **Desirable requirements** * Education: Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Maintenance, or Industrial Engineering. * Experience: Proven experience in industrial maintenance and project management, preferably in manufacturing environments related to cereal milling. * Additional skills: Management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Power BI, maintenance ERP), Lean/TPM methodologies, and technical English.
