Job Summary: Bobcat mini-loader operator to perform paving and earthmoving tasks, ensuring proper equipment maintenance and compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operate a Bobcat mini-loader for paving and earthmoving. 2. Handle and distribute materials such as asphalt, crushed stone, and soil. 3. Maintain and clean the equipment while adhering to safety regulations. **Work location: BR 153 highway segment; candidate must have easy access to the site.** **Main Responsibilities** · Operate the **Bobcat mini-loader** for paving, earthmoving, and supporting construction fronts. · Handle, load, and distribute materials including **asphalt, crushed stone, soil, and waste**. · Assist in site preparation for asphalt application. · Perform initial leveling and compaction of surfaces as directed by the technical team. · Ensure **equipment maintenance and cleanliness**, conducting daily inspections before operation. · Report potential equipment malfunctions or repair needs to the maintenance team. · Comply with occupational **safety, environmental, and quality standards**. · Support other operational activities on-site as required.
