**RESPONSIBILITIES:** We are seeking an Electronics Technician to join a technology startup focused on industrial process digitalization, based in Novo Hamburgo/RS. The position is under a PJ (individual contractor) agreement with salary negotiable + benefits. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Key activities: Provide technical support to customers to ensure proper operation of equipment; Participate in the pre-sales phase, helping design customized solutions that meet customer needs; Assemble, solder (SMD and PTH), and test electronic equipment; Develop and program test jigs for equipment; Assist in new product development and prototyping, including part modeling. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in assembling, soldering (SMD and PTH), and testing electronic equipment; Technical or undergraduate education in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Automation; Ability to communicate clearly and accessibly, translating technical terms into simpler language.
