Description

Job Summary: Responsible for preparing, sanitizing, producing, and packaging products in accordance with food safety and quality standards, while maintaining records and workplace organization. Maintenance of organization and documentary compliance **Preparation and Sanitization** Sort and sanitize fruits and other raw materials following operational instructions and food safety standards to ensure final product quality on a daily basis. Inspect the integrity and quality of fruits prior to processing, assessing visual and sensory attributes to ensure only suitable products are used for each production batch. Organize materials and utensils used during the sanitization stage, keeping the environment clean and equipment ready for use to prevent cross-contamination and rework on a daily basis. **Production and Packaging** Carry out production activities according to the daily schedule, operating appropriate equipment and utensils to meet daily production and quality targets. Perform visual inspection of products before packaging, verifying compliance with defined standards to prevent shipment of out-of-specification products for each production batch. Verify packaging and labels used, ensuring correspondence between the product and its identification to guarantee traceability and compliance with legal requirements at all process stages. **Control and Organization** Accurately complete production and traceability records using control forms and spreadsheets to maintain documentation compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices continuously. Check printed coding on labels and packaging, verifying expiry date, batch number, and product identification to ensure traceability and compliance with labeling regulations for each production cycle. Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe, following 5S and occupational safety procedures to support operational efficiency and a productive work environment at the end of each shift. **Requirements** Previous experience in an industrial environment is desirable, preferably in the food industry.
