Contributing to the smooth operation of the environment **Empório Piquiras at Shopping Bougainville \- Hiring** **01 POSITION FOR PIEIRO** **Salary:** R$ 1\.976,00 \+ 11% attendance bonus (R$ 217,36\) \+ Transportation allowance \+ Commission shared among all employees (average of R$ 250.00 per month) **Work Schedule:** Monday through Sunday (4 days off per month, including 1 Sunday per month according to rotating schedule) **Working Hours:** 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM / Break from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Sanitize countertops, equipment, and utensils. * Responsible for washing and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils used. * Follow food safety standards, proper use of PPE, and correct food handling procedures. * Store products and ingredients appropriately. * Assist with general tasks during peak hours. * Collaborate with cooks, prep cooks, and servers. * Adhere to production schedules. * Keep the area consistently clean and organized. * Contribute to efficient kitchen workflow. * Restock items as needed. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
