Job Summary: The Customization Assistant will serve as the interface between the client and the construction site, analyzing customized projects, providing support, and ensuring the development and execution of projects. Critical analysis of projects and feasibility assessment We are seeking a **Customization Assistant** responsible for acting as the interface between the client and the construction site, reviewing and analyzing customized projects, and attending to client needs. Provide support in daily tasks related to the Customization department, prioritizing high-quality client service. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing the customization manual and the presentation letter to be delivered to the client upon executive management approval; * Assist in and monitor the customization delivery schedule for validation; * Assist in presenting the customization process to clients and obtaining their signature on the presentation letter; * Prepare and send documents required for developing the customization project (customization kit, finishing specifications memorandum, and customization manual); * Monitor the development of the client’s unit customization project according to the agreed-upon schedule; * Conduct critical analysis of the architect-submitted project and forward it to the Executive Projects Department for feasibility assessment, under the supervision of the Customization Analyst; * Ensure development of the masonry marking project aligned with the client’s customization requirements and the construction schedule; * Forward architectural basis documents to the Executive Projects Department for development of complementary projects, and monitor posting of such documents to the construction site; * Manage client-construction site relationship (e.g., scheduling site visits, following up on material deliveries, resolving queries regarding execution); * If necessary, develop and execute the project internally at City, ensuring procurement of unit materials, completion of all required projects, and inspections. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, or related fields**; * Experience in **client service**, and in **reading and analyzing projects**; * Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Execution-oriented and communicative profile, with ability to collaborate effectively across company departments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of **Customized Projects** * Experience in **real estate development and civil construction.**
