




**TECHNICAL SUPPORT \- PARTNERS** **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to MultiOne partners via chat, email, voice or video calls. Identify requests, analyze situations and provide clear and efficient guidance. Perform problem diagnosis and resolution, following up each support case until its conclusion. Collaborate with internal teams for adjustments, improvements and implementation of solutions. Ensure a satisfactory support experience aligned with partners’ needs. **Requirements:** Professionals with diversified experience and professional maturity are preferred. We value good communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to solve problems clearly and objectively. Prior technical support experience is not required — we seek articulate individuals with strong learning capacity and affinity for customer service and technology. **Salary:** TO BE AGREED; **Benefits:** Possibility of changing departments later: YES; Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
