**Description:** ---------------- **Activities Description / Responsibilities** * Manage the development of MCAs and/or MYs, ensuring compliance with KPIs and launch metrics. * Coordinate APR and PFA processes, supporting financial analyses, approvals, and program forecasting (Tooling \& EDD). * Plan and coordinate projects, Scope Changes, and CTOs, ensuring execution via APQP/LPMP from launch preparation through post-launch. * Manage cross-functional activities using tools such as Profile, LearPro, and MS Project. * Structure and manage project teams (Squad), promoting alignment across departments and directing team activities. * Lead team management, including coaching, conflict mediation, and focus on deliverables and financial results. * Monitor and report financial performance and program status (planned vs. actual), interfacing with leadership and executive management (PMER, MGR, and 6 Panel Review). * Conduct follow-up, status, and alignment meetings with customers and suppliers, including negotiation of timelines and expectations. * Execute Cost Analysis (CA) and Change Request (CR) processes, evaluating cost impacts and scope changes. * Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety standards, promoting sound management practices and sustainability. **Requirements:** ----------------- We seek a professional with solid experience in program management, preferably in the automotive sector, with comprehensive involvement in the following areas: * Project integration management, ensuring alignment across departments and timely deliverables; * Scope definition and control, ensuring achievement of program objectives; * Schedule planning and tracking; * Cost management and control; * Quality assurance throughout the entire project lifecycle; * Resource management (human, technical, and material); * Effective stakeholder communication; * Risk identification, analysis, and mitigation; * Procurement and contract management; stakeholder relationship and management. * Language: Advanced English (mandatory); * MBA in Project Management; * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of Managerial APQP / MS Office \+ Project
