Job Summary: Assist in IT system support, maintenance, and administration, providing technical support to ensure service continuity and optimal performance of networks and devices. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in software and OS installation and updates Assist in supporting/maintaining and administering the company's IT systems, providing technical support to ensure service continuity and optimal performance of networks and devices. Work under supervision of IT professionals, performing operational and administrative tasks related to technological infrastructure and internal user support. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Provide first-level technical support to users both on-site and remotely (Anydesk), resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks, and connectivity. * Assist in configuration, installation, and maintenance of computers, printers, IP phones, and other IT devices. * Perform basic network administration tasks, including connectivity verification, cabling maintenance, and support for network devices (routers, switches, access points). * Monitor and ensure proper operation of servers and network services, such as file sharing via Google Drive and internet access. * Support IT asset control and inventory (always in coordination with the assets department), including computers, peripherals, and network components. * Participate in installation and updates of Windows and Linux software and operating systems, as well as application of security patches and fixes. * Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); experience with helpdesk tools (Octadesk, etc.) * Familiarity with Active Directory; certification from relevant courses or equivalent. **Additional Information** * Currently enrolled in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Networks, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Student with strong communication skills, willingness to learn, focus on internal customers, and ability to work in a team.  **BENEFITS:** * INTERNSHIP STIPEND * MEAL ALLOWANCE: BRL 35 PER WORKDAY * TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE * WORKLOAD: 6 HOURS PER DAY **Your Career at Full Power: Build the Infrastructure That Powers Brazil.** Looking at an energized substation or a transmission line cutting across the horizon is not just seeing steel and cables—it’s seeing industries running, cities illuminated, and the future arriving where nothing existed before.
