





**Description:** Provide support to operational and administrative activities within the Human Resources department, contributing to the execution of recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, payroll, and other people management-related routine processes. Responsibilities and duties Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up. Support the onboarding process by collecting documentation and completing admission forms. Maintain and update employee documentation (physical and digital). Assist in the integration of new employees (onboarding). Track and record electronic timekeeping data, vacation requests, leaves of absence, and medical certificates. Support benefits administration (e.g., transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.). Provide support during employee offboarding (documentation, exit interviews, etc.). Assist with internal campaigns, training programs, and internal marketing initiatives. Keep employee records updated in HR systems. Prepare reports and control spreadsheets for the department. Requirements and qualifications Intermediate-level Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with timekeeping and/or payroll systems (preferred). Basic knowledge of labor legislation (a plus). Organizational skills and attention to detail. Discretion and confidentiality. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
