Job Summary: An HR professional who supports recruitment, onboarding, employee integration, HR management, payroll, internal marketing, and labor regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Supports recruitment and selection, from resume screening to candidate outreach. 2. Conducts onboarding of new employees and supports HR management. 3. Assists in payroll reconciliation, benefits administration, and compliance with legal obligations. * Support **recruitment and selection** processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication; * Assist with **onboarding**, organizing documentation and entering data into systems; * Conduct **new employee onboarding**, introducing company policies, benefits, and organizational culture; * Support tracking and monitoring of **attendance, vacations, electronic timekeeping**, and overtime bank; * Assist in **payroll reconciliation and control**, benefits administration, termination processing, and compliance with legal obligations (e.g., RAIS, DIRF, e\-Social); * Organize and maintain up-to-date **employee documents and personnel files**; * Provide support for **internal marketing** initiatives, birthday celebrations, internal events, campaigns, and announcements; * Support implementation of **organizational climate surveys**, performance evaluations, and training programs; * Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, internal policies, and related topics; * Support the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensure compliance with **labor regulations** and internal policies.
