Description

**ACTIVITY:** \- Provide remote technical support for printer and scanner configuration and installation, guide and instruct customers on resolving operational issues, and create video tutorials with detailed instructions for customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed high school education; \- Advanced computer skills; \- Basic knowledge of networking, driver and software installation on Windows OS; \- Minimum desirable experience: 6 months. **SALARY:** Starting at R$ 1\.700,00 **BENEFITS:** Lunch on site, health insurance (Hapvida), dental insurance (Unimed Odonto), birthday day off, parking, transportation allowance, SESC partnership. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00\. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT (Permanent) **WORK LOCATION (ON-SITE):** Rua 08, Polo Empresarial, Aparecida de Goiânia.
