General administrative support A business consulting firm that represents and resells products from leading Brazilian and international industrial companies is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the commercial/sales area. Position located in Goiânia - GO, Setor Bueno, Av. T-10, between Av. Mutirão and Rua T-27. (Female) ##### **Requirements** ➢ Proven experience in related customer service/administrative activities. ➢ Excellent typing skills. ➢ Proficiency in Excel is essential for data entry and filtering. ➢ Completed high school education. **Daily Responsibilities:** ➢ Support for customer service and sales teams. ➢ Customer service via telephone. ➢ Responding to email and WhatsApp messages. ➢ Organizing documents (physical and digital folders on computer). ➢ Sending reports to customers. ➢ Registering and updating customer data in the system (hence excellent typing skills are required). ➢ Providing general administrative support for customer service. **We Offer:** ➢ **Compensation**: Fixed salary of R$1.982,00 + benefits. ➢ **Benefits**: Meal/food allowance of R$40.00 per day + Transportation Voucher (VT) + Life Insurance + Health/Dental Plan (after probation period). ➢ Note: After probation period, salary increases to R$2.188,00.
