Responsibilities + Execution and supervision of civil construction projects for clubs, entrance gates, public squares, and enclosure works. + Conduct financial planning and control for these development projects through project analysis, schedule verification, productivity spreadsheets, daily construction logs, and construction budget spreadsheets. + Assist in preparing physical and financial curves for developments, including generating reports and charts, to ensure project progress aligns with budget and contractual timelines. + Facilitate follow\-up between construction sites and engineering and finance offices. + Possess extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials to identify engineering solutions that improve cost efficiency and construction schedules. +Requirements + Education: Civil Engineering; + Software: AutoCAD Civil 3D (Advanced) + Excel (Intermediate) + Experience in infrastructure/loteamento (land development) project designImportant: + Willingness to travelWorking Hours: Monday to Friday Remuneration and Benefits + Day Off; + IPOG Partnership + PPR (Under development)WE ARE EVALUATING SALARY EXPECTATIONS FOR PJ CONTRACTS Interested in this position?
