**Position: Junior Lawyer – Tax Law Area** **Location:** Goiânia **Work model:** On-site **About the position:** We are seeking a Junior Lawyer to join our team in the Tax Law area. We are looking for a professional with a solid technical foundation, an analytical mindset, and a commitment to continuous development, to handle both advisory and litigation matters, contributing to the firm’s legal strategy. **Key responsibilities:** * Drafting procedural documents (petitions, defenses, appeals, and statements); * Monitoring administrative and judicial proceedings in the tax sphere; * Conducting case law research and statutory analysis; * Assisting in drafting tax opinions and consultations; * Managing deadlines and procedural progress; * Supporting client communication and information gathering. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Law; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Strong legal writing and analytical ability; * Organizational skills and deadline management. **Behavioral competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Organization and attention to detail; * Effective communication and teamwork; * Commitment to learning and professional development.
