Will be part of a team committed to excellence **\*\*Available Positions:** Warehouse Stock Clerk\*\* We are seeking a dedicated professional with logistics experience to join Mercopampa Transportes’ team. As a Warehouse Stock Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and organization of our distribution center. Warehouse Stock Clerk Job Description Responsible for controlling, organizing, and managing the transportation company’s spare parts and materials inventory, ensuring accurate receipt, dispatch, storage, and availability of items required for fleet maintenance and operational support. Main Responsibilities Control inventory of spare parts, materials, and supplies by recording receipts and dispatches in the system; Record incoming material invoices, verifying quantities, values, and specifications; Conduct periodic physical and system-based inventories to ensure inventory balance accuracy; Record Service Orders (SOs), correctly linking used parts; Pick and make spare parts available according to maintenance and other department requests; Issue and track purchase orders based on consumption rates and minimum stock levels; Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder point stock levels; Inspect incoming invoices, verifying quantities and specifications; Organize the warehouse, ensuring proper identification, cleanliness, and correct storage; Support internal and external audits related to inventory; Comply with internal asset control policies and procedures. Requirements Completed high school education; Experience in inventory control, preferably within a transportation company or automotive/logistics sector; Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory control systems; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility. Desirable Experience with automotive or heavy-duty fleet parts; Experience conducting inventories; Service Order (SO) entry experience.
