




Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and updating project reports, consolidating progress information, managing systems and documentation, and supporting contractual and administrative compliance. Work with corporate systems and information control * Prepare and update the GERA weekly, consolidating project progress information, entering technical and administrative data, and validating information with responsible departments to ensure up-to-date visibility of project status and support managerial analysis. * Consolidate and support the updating of the RASO (Weekly Construction Progress Report), organizing information received from execution teams and structuring data in standard format to support monitoring of physical project progress. * Register, update, and maintain project information in the RM system, including FPV, contracts, measurements, and technical records, to ensure project information organization, traceability, and integrity. * Register and control the FPV (Validated Project Sheet) in corporate systems, ensuring information accuracy and timeliness to align project, contract, and execution. * Organize and maintain updated technical and administrative project evidence, structuring physical and digital folders (SharePoint or internal systems), to ensure documentary compliance, facilitate audits, and support billing and project closure processes. * Control and monitor project contractual validity, tracking deadlines, provisional and final delivery terms, to prevent uncontrolled expirations, contractual risks, and financial impacts. * Prepare and organize provisional and final delivery documents, as well as training certificates and related documentation, to formalize contractual milestones and ensure proper completion of project phases. * Support preparation and organization of activation reports, evidence, and certifications by gathering necessary technical and administrative documents to ensure delivery compliance with clients and internal departments. * Verify reimbursement submissions, analyzing supporting documents, amounts, and adherence to internal policies, to ensure financial compliance, traceability, and project cost control. * Control and organize mandatory engineering documentation, such as CREA documents and technical records, to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. * Support administrative and support request organization, including creation of project folders, document control, and assistance to technical departments, to ensure operational efficiency and process standardization. * Attend kickoff meetings, status reports, and alignment sessions with clients and internal departments, providing administrative and documentation support to ensure proper information recording and tracking of decisions made. * Support measurement activities for construction deliverables, organizing required information and documents to assist in delivery control and validation processes. * Comply with and support dissemination of information security policies, standards, and guidelines (LGPD), using systems, access rights, and confidential information appropriately to ensure information integrity, legal compliance, and corporate credibility. * Consistently practice company values and ethical principles, maintaining a professional demeanor in interactions with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, contributing to institutional image and a positive organizational environment. Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, Project Management, Technology, or related fields; extensive knowledge in this area is a plus.
