Desirable Knowledge * Installation, operation, and preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, environments, and facilities; * Specification of machinery and materials; * Environments and facilities; * Gardening and cleaning rules; * Operation and functioning of equipment (gardening, cleaning, and swimming pool); * Basic safety rules; * Training according to NRs (Normas Regulamentadoras) related to the area of activity; * Basic computer skills (Office Suite); * Customer service techniques. * Perform general cleaning and conservation activities; * Carry out maintenance tasks, including replacing, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment, arranging (together with the departments involved in the process) the supply of necessary materials; * Monitor the operation of unit equipment, developing and implementing a preventive maintenance plan, and performing and/or assisting in repairs, if necessary; * Operate machinery and equipment according to guidelines from immediate supervisors, as well as usage and operational norms and standards, ensuring safety; * Assemble and install machinery and equipment, instructing users on their operation; * Work in compliance with technical, quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation norms and procedures; * Maintain and preserve facilities and furniture; * Perform general hydraulic and masonry maintenance activities; * Perform cleaning and preparation of environments, supporting events and general services; * Complete administrative documentation; * Inform visitors about the Unit’s rules, maintaining discipline among customers and users; * Perform other duties compatible with the position. 251219020255963721
