Our four core values are non-negotiable: they define our identity and work together to ensure a greener future! **Senior Engineer** **Know our challenge:** You will be responsible for process controls, ensuring compliance with established standards through methodology, analyzing root causes of problems, and proposing solutions using analysis guidelines and TPM tools. You will manage variable productive costs, collaborating with strategic suppliers to optimize inputs, adopting a strategic vision while providing technical support to production teams. Support management in implementing Safety and Environmental policies, proposing solutions to technical production issues with focus on Environmental, Economic, and Quality aspects. Disseminate continuous improvement practices among operational teams, participating in TPM pillars and applying its methodology for decision-making. Develop and refine processes, establishing controls to ensure Quality and Productivity; monitor and analyze production performance indicators; propose action plans to achieve targets. Validate data in systems for report generation, ensuring information consistency. Contribute to creating technical presentations and developing operational procedures. Maintain updated indicators, serve internal and external stakeholders, and conduct research to support management in adopting new technologies. **Requirements for this role:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Automation, Production Engineering, or Environmental Engineering; * Experience in process control and process improvement; * Knowledge and experience with TPM methodology, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement tools; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * SAP system knowledge; * Willingness to work onsite in Goiana/PE. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with Power BI and dashboard development and management; * Familiarity with and ease in working with technologies and AI; * Experience in production processes for Paper and Pulp and Recycled Paper manufacturing; * Experience in pulp and paper production processes. **.** ----- * Start applying via LinkedIn * * Begin * **Please wait...**
