Our four core values are non-negotiable, form our identity, and work together to ensure a greener future! **Senior Engineer** **Learn about our challenge:** You will be responsible for process controls, ensuring compliance with established standards through methodology, analyzing root causes of problems, and proposing solutions using analysis roadmaps and TPM tools. You will manage variable production costs, developing—with strategic suppliers—strategies to optimize inputs, adopting a strategic vision and providing technical support to production teams. Support management in implementing Safety and Environmental policies, proposing solutions to technical issues in Production with focus on Environmental, Economic, and Quality aspects. Promote Continuous Improvement practices among operational teams, participating in TPM pillars and applying its methodology for decision-making. Develop and refine processes, establishing controls to ensure Quality and Productivity; monitor and analyze Production performance indicators; propose action plans to achieve targets. Validate data in systems for report generation, ensuring information consistency. Contribute to creating technical presentations and drafting operational procedures.
