




**Description** The Agronomic Analyst is responsible for monitoring the development of agronomic trials, ensuring the analysis and dissemination of results through technical reports. In addition, provides technical assistance to partner producers, supports the prospecting team with agronomic knowledge for new partners, and supervises the activities of agronomy interns. Also conducts training sessions and lectures to educate partners about the use and benefits of biochar. **Responsibilities and duties** Conduct and evaluate agronomic trials in the region, ensuring the preparation of detailed reports on the results. Furthermore, monitor and carry out the implementation of trials, ensuring the correct execution of activities. Report progress and test results to the Agronomy Manager, as well as conduct, evaluate, and prepare detailed reports on agronomic trials. Provide agronomic assistance to NetZero Brasil's partner producers, as well as deliver lectures and training to share knowledge about biochar and disseminate research findings. Perform diagnostics and propose improvements in agronomic assistance to partner producers, as well as monitor the progress of biochar applications, ensuring that records and reports are always up to date. Supervise the activities of agronomy interns and provide agronomic assistance to NetZero Brasil's partner producers. Support the biomass prospecting team by providing agronomic expertise and assisting in the identification of new partners. Perform diagnostics and propose improvements in agronomic assistance to partner producers. Ensure partner training regarding concepts related to biochar, from production to agronomic use; **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed in Agronomy, Biology, Forestry Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields... Minimum of 6 months of experience in the role. Availability for relocation and/or frequent travel.
