We are looking for professionals with potential to join our team—individuals who are committed and engaged in maintaining and improving the quality of our services in alignment with the company’s organizational culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Post job openings across all available channels whenever necessary. * Use the Gupy platform for job postings to attract top candidates for interviews, as well as to screen and manage the entire platform. * Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools/methods to filter candidates. * Conduct group and individual interviews according to each stage of the process; * Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, technical aptitudes, experience, and other relevant criteria, mapping candidate profiles and preparing evaluation reports; * Administer and grade psychological and behavioral tests—for example: AC (concentrated attention), palographic test, among others; * Document and provide analytical recruitment reports; * Serve as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members throughout the selection process; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Education:** Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources **Preferred Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in the fields listed above. **Knowledge**: Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
