





**Job Objective:** We are looking for someone **attentive to trends** and who **understands the timing of social media**, capable of turning ideas into **powerful visual and textual narratives**. A **creative, proactive, and curious** profile that draws inspiration from references in **branding, behavior, and lifestyle** to build authentic and inspiring content. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning and writing content for social media. * Managing customer service (SAC) and aligning responses with CRC (City Relationship Center). * Developing editorial outlines for the City Blog, with an SEO and brand relevance focus. * Storymaker — creating engaging narratives and sequences for stories that drive engagement and desire. * Producing simple videos for social media, such as trends, behind-the-scenes, reels, and quick event coverage. * Event coverage, focusing on behind-the-scenes, experiences, and impactful moments. * Analyzing results and engagement, providing suggestions for continuous improvement and performance insights. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields; * Excellent writing skills and mastery of different languages and dynamics across social media platforms; * Creative and trend-aware profile, organized to manage schedules and agile in handling multiple demands; * Basic knowledge in shooting and editing short videos (mobile), and familiarity with social media management tools; * Advantage: previous experience in real estate, architecture, design, or premium lifestyle sectors, as well as experience working with influencers and creators.
