Job Summary: The Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, fabricate mechanical assemblies, and carry out lubrication. Key Highlights: 1. Will perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on various equipment. 2. Will fabricate mechanical assemblies and carry out machining services. 3. Will handle lubrication, welding, pneumatics, and maintenance of various systems. \*5 POSITIONS: MAINTENANCE MECHANIC – CHÁCARAS ANHANGUERA – GOIÂNIA \- GO\* \*Requirements and Qualifications:\* Completed High School Technical Course in Maintenance Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering Knowledge of Mechanical Drawings, Milling Machines, Lubrication, Mechanics, Pneumatics, Welding, and Lathes. \*Responsibilities:\* Assist in performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on all equipment and respective accessories, ensuring proper operation. Fabricate mechanical assemblies (various parts) for machines or equipment according to drawings, based on departmental needs. Perform lubrication on all mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment as per specifications. Monitor maintenance tests, verifying proper operation. Inspect bearing conditions and replace them if necessary, following established standards. Perform minor welding and oxy-fuel cutting tasks when required. Maintain hydraulic units; clean and maintain compressors, centrifugal pumps, rollers, gear reducers, and fans. Maintain the dust extraction and raw material transport system. Perform machining operations on lathes and milling machines.
