Responsibilities: Monitor work orders, preventive and emergency maintenance activities to ensure safety and full operational functionality of facilities. Manage departmental documents, budgets, and financial requirements. Supervise and guide the maintenance team to ensure activity quality. Support projects and renovations, perform electrical services, and issue required legal documentation.
