The mission of this position is to ensure the performance of support services (cleaning, organization, etc.) by executing the defined work plan, aiming at user satisfaction and safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean and organize rooms, offices, locker rooms, restrooms, storage areas, and other environments (general living areas); * Perform general internal and external cleaning at the construction site; * Restock cleaning supplies, cups, soaps, paper towels, and toilet paper; * Carry out minor excavation and backfilling tasks; * Support the warehouse clerk in organizing the warehouse and counting materials; * Load and/or unload materials onto trucks and perform horizontal and vertical material handling on the construction site; * Clean and operate the wheel-wash system at construction sites, including washing truck tires; * Install safety and site identification signage; * Set up safety netting for work areas, move, position, and secure guardrails; * Clear weeds and apply herbicide around the construction site; * Perform minor plumbing repairs; * Assist in applying mortar to slab undersides; * Assist in waterproofing activities, barbecue grill installations, and window installations; * Mix mortar in a concrete mixer; * Monitor and treat the brush-washing water and the temporary wastewater treatment plant (ETE); * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Assist colleagues and supervisors in related job activities within the area; * Attend meetings and uphold the values and principles outlined in the Code of Conduct; * Follow procedures relevant to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete elementary education; * NR 18, NR 35, and NR 12 certifications.
