We are looking for a talent to fill the position of Senior Administrative Analyst. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will work at the EQUATORIAL GOIÁS unit** Review some of the challenges you’ll face daily: * Draft contract typologies and Reference Companies for technical and commercial service procurement (Anchor + Satellite Contracts and PLPT), as well as strategic commercial contracts requiring approval and involving labor; * Generate reports to ensure ongoing alignment with managers, service measurement, procurement, partners, and suppliers for proper contract execution: adjustments to the Reference Company’s service structure to align with structural requirements; * Prepare documentation for annual contract updates due to changes in service demand levels, improvement in service delivery standards, and application of adjustments per contract anniversary dates—without generating liabilities related to service delivery; * Implement improvements jointly with corporate distribution areas (quality, safety, etc.); * Generate and control monthly documentation for related parties; * Implement guidelines and tools to standardize the process of building Reference Companies; * Develop SOPs/Standards and benchmarks to support and align contract managers regarding concepts, metrics, and knowledge of contract drivers and conditions for service provision agreements; * Conduct diagnostics and prepare reports to address contractual rebalancing requests; support Procurement in negotiations with suppliers for signing new contracts or revising terms of existing contracts linked to the Reference Company. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this opportunity, we expect the following from you:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics; * Experience in activities related to technical areas, maintenance and/or expansion of electrical systems, and finance; * Knowledge of pricing strategies, contract negotiation, labor legislation, and managerial accounting; * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** **Why apply?** By joining the Equatorial Group, you become part of an expanding company whose culture emphasizes continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
