The Amazon Logistics Brazil (AMZL) team is seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst to join Amazon’s External Logistics Partners team. Operations will be conducted seven days per week, including holidays; therefore, working across different shifts will be part of this role. You will manage a team of external logistics partners to ensure their operational performance and compliance. You will work in a highly collaborative environment that resembles a startup more than a large corporation. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance and compliance of logistics partners in coordination with internal and external teams. You will also support onboarding new logistics partners. This position operates on a 4X3 schedule from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and requires 15% travel flexibility. You must work onsite in the Brasília/Goiânia region and surrounding areas.
