Highly collaborative and innovative environment **DESCRIPTION** --------------- This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based in Brasilia and does not offer relocation benefits. Candidates must be located in and legally authorized to work in Brazil to be eligible for consideration. The Amazon Logistics Brazil (AMZL) team is seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst to join Amazon’s External Logistics Partners team. Operations will be conducted seven days per week, including holidays; therefore, working across different shifts will be part of this role. You will manage a team of external logistics partners to ensure their operational performance and compliance. You will work in a highly collaborative environment that resembles a startup more than a large corporation. The mindset is that no idea is a bad idea, and the best ideas are those that should be tested and experimented with. This person will work rotating shifts. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance and compliance of logistics partners in coordination with internal and external teams. You will also support onboarding new logistics partners. The role requires someone highly willing to take ownership, skilled at identifying patterns and trends, and capable of examining details and analyzing data to deeply investigate root causes of operational issues and propose solutions. Operations will be conducted seven days per week, including holidays; therefore, working across different shifts will be part of this role. This position operates on a 4X3 schedule from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and requires 15% travel flexibility. You must work onsite in the Brasília/Goiânia region and surrounding areas. Key job responsibilities * Monitor daily efficient operation of logistics partners, suggest and implement improvements; * Create and track operational metrics with logistics partners; * Analyze data from multiple sources and identify relevant trends to enable rapid, impactful business decisions; * Develop practical and simple solutions to complex problems; * Serve as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders, keeping in mind objectives, constraints, compliance, and information privacy; * Deeply investigate root causes of operational issues. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ \- \- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or related fields. \- \- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros). \- \- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. \- \- Availability to travel 15% of the time. \- \- Basic English proficiency. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree. * Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros). * Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Availability to travel 15% of the time. * Basic English proficiency.
