Job Summary: Support AI implementation by creating and configuring GPTs and agents to automate routines, standardize responses, and organize knowledge at Emrich Leão Advogados. Key Highlights: 1. Support the organization of the knowledge base Support the internal AI implementation program at Emrich Leão Advogados, participating in the creation, configuration, testing, and documentation of GPTs and agents to automate routines, standardize responses, organize knowledge, and increase team productivity (legal and support departments). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development of GPTs/agents for office use cases (e.g., demand triage, draft generation, checklists, summaries, standard responses, internal workflows). * Gather requirements from internal users (partners, lawyers, assistants, etc.) and translate them into clear workflows and prompts. * Create and maintain a prompt library, templates, and best practices. * Conduct quality testing (clarity, consistency, error risk, compliance with internal policies and LGPD) and propose improvements. * Document agents: purpose, inputs/outputs, limitations, usage examples, and “what not to do”. * Support the organization of the knowledge base (FAQs, policies, procedures, templates), as needed. * Monitor simple usage/benefit metrics (time saved, adoption rate, satisfaction). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Strong communication and writing skills (ability to explain simply, document clearly, and standardize processes). * Logical reasoning, curiosity, and organizational skills. * Basic understanding of privacy and data protection (sensitivity to LGPD requirements). **Additional Information** Bonus Program Flexible Benefit; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; WellHub; **Are You Ready to Grow with Mapah?** Our team consists of specialists who go beyond accounting, consulting, and auditing.
