Screen resumes through to onboarding completion. Conduct exit interviews. Monitor experience evaluations. Analyze results to identify development opportunities. Deliver training and onboarding for new employees. Support employees by clarifying questions regarding policies and professional development. Previous experience as HR Assistant, HR Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, or Training Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
