Job Summary: Professional responsible for collecting and analyzing biological samples, monitoring equipment, and preparing materials for laboratory transport. Key Highlights: 1. Collection of biological materials and functional tests 2. Administration of intradermal injections 3. Temperature and equipment monitoring REQUIREMENTS: * **Completed technical training in Clinical Analysis, Clinical Pathology, and/or Biomedicine.** * **Prior experience in this role is required.** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collect biological materials/samples and/or functional tests via venipuncture or sample collection, following the department's standard operating procedures, to fulfill registered requests; * Enter and inspect examinations performed during collection, recording examination results in the computerized system to meet registered requests; * Monitor temperature and equipment by reading thermometers according to established standard procedures; * Administer intradermal injections by performing tests as specified in the procedure request form; * Generate reports on samples with stalled workflows using the traceability system to prevent samples from stalling within the department; * Prepare biological materials for transport to technical departments through daily control of performed examinations.
