Your focus will be supporting the discovery, prioritization, and execution of product opportunities—working closely with the responsible Product Manager and a multidisciplinary squad, bridging business, technical, and user experience needs. **Your key responsibilities:** * Product Discovery processes focused on integrations; * Breaking down requirements into incremental-value delivery steps; * Detailed documentation of business rules; * Maintaining the Opportunity Tree and Hypothesis Backlog; * Building and updating the squad’s Roadmap; * Reporting on adoption, retention, and satisfaction metrics. **What we’re looking for:** * Prior experience in a product development squad—within product, engineering, or agility roles; * Experience analyzing usability, product, and/or business metrics; * Familiarity with RD Station products; * Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, webhooks, or events; * Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies—Scrum or Kanban; * Ability to articulate complex ideas simply for diverse audiences. **Nice-to-have:** * Basic SQL knowledge; * Experience in integration teams; * Experience at SaaS companies; * Data analysis knowledge; * Being (or aspiring to become) an active community member—sharing knowledge internally and externally through events, articles, mentorship, volunteer initiatives, open-source projects, etc. **Selection process stages:** * **Application** \- Submission of application; * **Mindsight** – Work style assessment; * **Talent Acquisition** \- Competency-based interview with the recruitment team; * **Technical Interview** \- Technical interview to discuss job requirements; * **Final Interview** \- Final conversation with management for alignment; * **Offer** \- Final stage of the selection process, including presentation of the employment proposal. **Note:** Additional or modified stages may apply depending on process requirements.
