You’ll have learning opportunities and face significant technical and scalability challenges alongside multidisciplinary, highly skilled teams. **Come learn more about Gabriel!** * Visit our website: https://gabriel.com.br/ * Learn more about who we are: https://gabriel.com.br/quem\-somos/ * Download our app: https://gabriel.com.br/aplicativo/ **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot-related activities, ensuring optimal platform usage to achieve strategic growth objectives within the Marketing team; * Design, develop, and maintain websites/landing pages/marketing emails in HubSpot so that workflows and dashboards are fully automated; * Develop lead scoring for our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to gain greater intelligence in MQL qualification, SQL conversion, and OPP tracking; * Implement and manage high-volume marketing automation workflows—including A/B testing, personalization, and optimization across the customer lifecycle—integrating our CRM with other company tools; * Oversee data integrity in HubSpot through data import management, data cleansing, deduplication, and monitoring database health to identify improvement areas; * Build and manage dashboards, reports, and other configurable interface components for end users, enabling visibility into campaigns and all marketing initiatives; * Deliver insights based on data segmentation and personalization to Marketing leadership and C-level executives; * Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations; * Build customized dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, including KPIs and their alignment with Marketing OKRs; * Collaborate with the marketing team to clean and enhance marketing automation via lead-nurturing flows, lead capture, and data integrations; * Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign KPIs (CTR, CPL, CPLQ, ROAS); * Automate marketing operational processes to support team efficiency and productivity; * Establish data-driven marketing acquisition goals (KPIs and demand generation engine performance); * Manage the marketing budget against established OKRs and targets. **What We Expect From You:** * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams; * Strategic mindset with curiosity and proactive attitude; * Ability to run large-scale data tests and identify root causes behind landing page, marketing email, and overall marketing campaign performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Qualifications:** * Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Content Hub); * Experience with Looker Studio; * Intermediate knowledge of Python and SQL. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of AI—building AI agents to optimize processes and analytics. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** **Meal Allowance:** BRL 41.91 per workday (provided via Caju card); **Transportation/Mobility Allowance:** Full reimbursement for public transportation costs to commute to work, with no salary deduction (paid via Caju card); **Health Insurance:** Alice Health Plan—a comprehensive plan offering 24/7, 365-day care.
