**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 shift **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT)* Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions to ensure compliance with established quality standards. * Serve as the point of contact for resolving complex customer issues, ensuring efficient and satisfactory resolution. * Collect and analyze customer satisfaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with other teams to implement quality and service enhancement initiatives. * Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss quality evaluation results and propose improvement strategies. * Stay updated on best practices and industry trends in customer service. * Interact with the company’s internal systems. * Coordinate with delivery teams responsible for goods distribution. * Communicate directly with customers to verify issues and resolve them. * Maintain internal control spreadsheets. **Requirements:** Requirements: * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a university degree. * Prior experience in quality assurance and/or customer service. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure.
