




Description: Opportunity Responsibilities Mission: * Develop and maintain strong client relationships, deeply understanding their needs and objectives to offer customized and effective advertising solutions. This professional coordinates advertising projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and quality standards. Collaborates with internal teams, monitors and analyzes campaign performance, manages budgets, and identifies new business opportunities. Additionally, proactively resolves issues and ensures client satisfaction, always striving to exceed expectations and build long-term relationships. Activities: * Managerial client service starting from deal closure * Strategic guidance in collaboration with Planning * Ensuring execution of actions defined in the Plan * Managing/Delegating tasks by setting deadlines and activity priorities for the squad * Reviewing results and outlining next steps * Presenting results/reports to clients together with the Account Director * Responsible for ensuring delivery quality, reviewing with the Account Director and Creative Director when necessary * Squad leadership * Daily schedule organization and control * Email reading, organization, and briefing preparation * Defending and presenting creatives and campaigns to the client * Monitoring routines and tasks of the assistant (if applicable) and the squad * Requesting and tracking production and media budgets * Organizing campaign and action timelines based on a predefined template Differentiators: * Experience in events * Experience in internal marketing (endomarketing) * Aptitude for data analysis and utilization in decision-making * Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Business Administration * Knowledge of inbound marketing campaigns and lead generation * Familiarity with digital media platforms (Meta and Google Ads) * Ability to read and explain data for reporting presentations * Daily organizational control, balancing routine tasks and campaigns that may involve the entire squad * Experience interpreting briefings, asking questions when needed, and guiding solution paths for the team Requirements Requirements: * Experience in advertising client service * Experience in project management * Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and offline strategies * Excellence in briefing development and comprehension * Interpersonal communication, leadership, organization, and agility 2512280202491770817
