Collaborative environment with continuous learning We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to serve as an Office Assistant, supporting the company's financial and administrative routines. The professional will be responsible for cash flow management, invoice issuance, bank account control, and customer billing, as well as providing general support to other departments when required. Main Responsibilities: • Recording income and expense entries in the system (cash and bank control); • Issuing and verifying invoices; • Customer billing and payment follow-up; • Organizing documents and reports; • Answering phone calls and supporting the technical team; • Assisting with general administrative tasks (e.g., organizing the workplace, assisting with supplies and materials, and handling other ad-hoc requests). Requirements: • Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is preferred); • Basic knowledge of finance and invoice issuance; • Proficiency in Excel and good typing skills; • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn; • Collaborative and responsible attitude. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in an office or finance department; • Familiarity with management systems (ERP, invoice issuance).
