We provide services for various applications, ensuring connectivity in remote areas. **Responsibilities:** Monitor, in real time, vehicle location and performance using tracking and telemetry systems. Track departure times, routes, and arrival times to ensure adherence to operational schedules. Maintain constant communication with drivers, providing guidance on routes, stops, detours, and incidents. Record and handle operational incidents such as delays, mechanical failures, accidents, route deviations, and emergency situations. Activate support teams—including maintenance, rescue, or security—as required. Update systems and reports with operational trip information. Support fleet management, driver shift scheduling, and compliance with traffic regulations and rest requirements. Provide operational status updates to management and related departments. Adhere to internal policies, safety procedures, and company guidelines. Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes. Position based in Goiânia / GO.
