Working for a company specializing in technology and innovation A real estate company is seeking an HR Analyst in Goiânia. ABL Prime is a company specializing in technology and innovation solutions. We provide services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Handle employee onboarding; prepare payroll; manage vacations, terminations, and benefits. Collect and verify documents. Register employees in the system and validate data in e-social. Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions. Process benefits such as transportation vouchers and meal vouchers. Calculate and issue INSS and FGTS contribution slips, and submit ancillary obligations (SEFIP, e-social, DCTFWeb). Calculate termination payments. Issue documents related to employee separation. Provide guidance regarding FGTS withdrawal and unemployment insurance. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
