**Job Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break
**Level:** Management and Executive
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Prepare management reports to identify and promptly correct deficiencies in risk processes
* Guide and support facilitators in executing risk identification, assessment, and treatment activities
* Develop and implement control mechanisms to mitigate losses
* Analyze internal and external reports and documents related to identified and assessed risks
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing control systems
* Support the definition of corrective actions to address loss causes and recover funds
* Ensure proper accounting segregation of losses and recoveries, in accordance with internal regulations
* Identify potential risks in new products, services, and processes, proposing appropriate controls
* Monitor exposure to medium- and high-level risks
* Test the effectiveness of controls implemented in the risk management process
* Participate in the risk identification stage of the Operational Risk module (PGPC)
* Support analyses related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and fraud handling
**Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
* Experience in risk management, internal controls, or auditing
* Knowledge of process analysis and operational risk identification
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Experience in the financial/cooperative sector
* Knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and fraud prevention
* Familiarity with regulatory standards applicable to the financial sector
* Certifications or courses in risk management, compliance, or auditing
* Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement
