We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead large-scale projects. Your mission will be to ensure our solution is successfully implemented, engaging and empowering educators and staff to fully leverage our tools and Google. **Responsibilities:** You will be the project conductor, orchestrating all stages—from initial planning to final delivery. Your goal will be to ensure everything happens on time, within budget, and with the exceptional quality that defines us. You will lead a project with a talented team of approximately 10 training consultants and 3 technical specialists across various domains. Your inspiring leadership will be critical to motivating the team to achieve extraordinary results. More than managing, you will be a strategic communicator. Your mission will be to create and execute a communication plan that not only informs but also delights and engages teachers, transforming\-them into true project ambassadors. In an innovative project, challenges are opportunities. We seek someone with strategic vision to anticipate risks and propose creative and effective solutions, ensuring smooth execution and success of the initiative. You will build bridges, establishing partnerships with other departments and external companies. In addition, you will prepare weekly progress reports for senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with all stakeholders. To ensure alignment and close collaboration with our client, your on-site presence at the project location in Goiânia will be required at least once per week. **Desired Qualifications:** **Requirements:** Proven experience managing large-scale projects, especially in education or technology. Prior experience with training and team development projects is essential. Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace for Education is fundamental to success in this role. Natural ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, drawing out the best from each talent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present ideas and results to diverse audiences. Ability to think outside the box, anticipate scenarios, and solve complex problems. You are an organized, detail-oriented person who does not wait for things to happen, but makes them happen. **Preferred Qualifications:** PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
