




Job Summary: A professional responsible for food preparation and assembly, inventory control, kitchen cleaning, and maintaining quality standards, assisting and substituting the grill cook. Key Highlights: 1. Participating in food preparation, assembly, and finishing 2. Inventory control and organization of supplies 3. Maintaining quality standards and good sanitary practices - Prepare food, manage and organize inventory, and store supplies - Clean the kitchen and other work areas - Handle food and work materials carefully to avoid waste - Monitor and record compliance with good sanitary practices - Maintain product quality standards - Assist the grill cook in cooking operations - Assemble and finish products - Handle cooking and frying equipment with care - Report procurement and maintenance needs - Substitute for the grill cook in their absence **Working Hours:** - Schedule: from 2:40 PM to 11:20 PM; **Days Off:** rotating 5x2 schedule — either Tuesday or Wednesday, or Wednesday and Thursday **Work Location:** Setor Bueno Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
