




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing environments, handling cleaning products, and providing support in various administrative and pantry tasks to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining daily routines and identifying needs **Our mission is:** * To provide high-quality registry and notarial services to all members of society **Basic Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education **Experience:** * Requires prior experience * Clean environments, paying attention to existing equipment and machines in the office; * Follow the scheduled cleaning and organization plan for environments; * Handle cleaning products and equipment according to manufacturers' instructions; * Perform duties discreetly; * Organize daily routine considering the flow of people in the office; * Water plants and gardens; * Place waste for collection; * Identify environmental maintenance needs and report them to the responsible department; * Prepare lists of disposable items and cleaning supplies for procurement; * Substitute for the pantry assistant during absences to prepare coffee and baked snacks and serve customers; * Shred documents using the shredder; * Request stationery supplies from the responsible department; * Organize and clean the workstation and work environment; * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE); **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday.
