We value teamwork, respect for people and the environment, and collaboration for collective growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer and maintain Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, WSUS, and SCCM; * Manage virtualized environments with Hyper\-V, ensuring availability and performance; * Administer Windows servers and workstations, ensuring stability and timely updates of environments; * Administer corporate network infrastructure, including switches and routers; * Manage servers, storage systems, and data center environments; * Execute and monitor backup, restore, and disaster recovery routines and strategies; * Administer firewalls and information security solutions, ensuring protection and compliance of environments; * Implement system hardening and security practices; * Administer cloud environments (Azure and AWS), ensuring availability and governance; * Monitor and respond to IT infrastructure requests in accordance with ITIL best practices; * Analyze incidents and resolve problems by identifying root causes and proposing definitive solutions; * Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle; * Review and support information security policies and IT governance; * Support continuous improvement of technological infrastructure by proposing new solutions and operational optimizations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related fields is desirable; * Knowledge of database systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft solutions and corporate environments; * Experience with agile development methodologies and project management; * Experience in data center environments and cloud infrastructures; * Experience administering and configuring firewalls. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance: For your daily meals with greater peace of mind; * Transportation Allowance: Facilitating your commute conveniently and economically; * Health Plan: To take care of your health and well-being; * Life Insurance: Security for you and your family; * Wellhub: Incentive for your health, quality of life, and well-being. **Construcap** is one of the ten largest construction companies in Brazil, operating in heavy construction, electromechanical assembly, industrial, and commercial markets.
