Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, communicative, and organized professional to join our Construction team, supporting the engineer in building installations and ensuring service quality. Maintain relationships with partners and public agencies We are looking for someone proactive, with strong communication skills, well-organized, and who enjoys working collaboratively to join our Construction team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the engineer in building installation activities, completing documentation and requesting validations to ensure agility, cost-efficiency, timeliness, and quality. * Monitor the installation schedule, supporting the engineer in short-term deliverables and tracking scheduled activities. * Guide and train the construction team on processes and procedures, ensuring the quality of executed services. * Control and distribute project documents, verifying updates on the platform and collecting obsolete versions to keep the construction site aligned with current documentation. * Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives, assisting in the correct use of PPEs and completion of sustainability indicators. * Register and monitor evidence on specific platforms, meeting performance standard requirements. * Maintain relationships with partners, public agencies, and neighbors, assisting in handling complaints and regulatory notices to mitigate risks and safeguard the company’s reputation. * Monitor service execution per the Engineering Specification Sheet (PES) and track completion of Field Verification Sheets (FVS), ensuring final product quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Strong interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** * Unimed National Health Insurance Plan: no employee premium deduction for ward or private room coverage; * Psychological support in partnership with Unimed Insurance; * Unimed Dental Insurance; * Meal/voucher allowance of BRL 836.00/month; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance \- Unimed Insurance; * Birth assistance \- payment of a BRL 2,000.00 baby gift basket upon child's birth; * Breakfast and afternoon snack provided at the office; * Totalpass; * Day Off; * Extended parental leave: 30 days beyond the statutory requirement; * 15% discount on electricity bills; * Annual bonus, as per internal regulations.
