Ensure continuous development of the technical team **Job Description:** ---------------------- Ensure that technicians perform maintenance service orders for agricultural machinery and equipment assigned to Technical Support with high quality, following repair procedures directed by immediate management and the manufacturer, maintaining good customer relationships and prioritizing the performance of the machinery and equipment to be repaired. Ensure the development of the entire technical team, aiming for continuous improvement and accelerating the learning curve. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical education in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Knowledge of agricultural and construction machinery.
