HR department operations A dealership in Goiânia is seeking a Human Resources Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Manage the dealership's employee payroll. Calculate severance payments, vacation entitlements, and labor-related taxes. Handle employee hiring and dismissal processes in compliance with current legislation. Submit required ancillary labor reports to relevant authorities. Monitor electronic attendance records and benefits provided to employees. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
