Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, tidying, organizing, and inspecting guest rooms, maintaining their physical structure and assets, and contributing to guests' comfort and quality experience. Responsible for cleaning, tidying, organizing, inspecting, and restocking guest rooms under their responsibility, maintaining the physical structure and assets of the rooms. Provides basic assistance in response to guest requests, contributing to their comfort, quality, and welcoming experience. **Key Responsibilities:** \- * Clean, sanitize, and organize guest rooms. * Tidy occupied rooms, ventilate the space, collect room service items, make beds, replenish towels and amenities, and arrange guests' belongings in their original locations. * Conduct final visual inspections, checking minibar consumption, functionality of fixtures (lights, telephone, air conditioning, TV, doors, windows, shower, etc.), water drainage, presence of odors, insects, or unusual noises. * Serve as the liaison between guests and other hotel departments, documenting and forwarding requests. * Clean hallways, carpets, and staircases on assigned floors when necessary. * Support other tasks and routines within their work area when required.
