Therefore, we must grow every day—and with that growth, bring even more people onto our team. **WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN FGR**, a company specialized in residential horizontal condominiums, established in the real estate market by guaranteeing and delivering the highest quality of life in its Gardens. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Proven experience of at least 5 years on construction projects, with focus on electrical, hydraulic-sanitary, air-conditioning, and waterproofing systems; * Experience in coordinating or managing construction inspection teams and service providers; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and measurement tools; * Technical, analytical profile with systemic process vision; * Commitment, teamwork, leadership ability, organization, flexibility, and results orientation; * Knowledge of UAU systems, Lean Construction, Prevision, Power BI, Miro, and Visio is considered an advantage; * Active CREA registration. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and ensure the quality of execution and inspection of electrical, hydraulic-sanitary, air-conditioning, and waterproofing systems in house construction projects; * Serve as the company’s technical reference in these disciplines, supporting resident engineers and field teams in decision-making; * Monitor and validate execution drawings, system compatibility documents, and as-built documentation for disciplines under responsibility; * Support the definition and monitoring of technical standards, procedures, and performance indicators related to installations and waterproofing; * Promote and monitor Lean Construction management processes aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity of activities under coordination; * Manage and guide teams of engineers, technicians, and contractors, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards; * Support Procurement and Quality departments in the technical evaluation of scopes and suppliers for installation and waterproofing disciplines; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations across all operational fronts; * Prepare technical reports, checklists, and non-conformance analyses, proposing action plans for correction and continuous improvement; * Participate in technical and planning meetings with other involved departments, ensuring alignment among design, execution, and delivery. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** **Location:** FGR construction sites in the metropolitan region of Goiânia. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (flexible scheduling required). **BENEFITS:** * Meal/Voucher allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Life insurance; * Maternity/Paternity basket; * Breakfast and snacks; * TotalPass. **This position is open to candidates with disabilities (PcDs).**
